Confidential treatment

  • Customer content is never sold, rented, published, or indexed.
  • Content is shared only with subprocessors strictly necessary to deliver the service.
  • Staff access is limited to support, legal compliance, or investigation of a confirmed abuse or security issue.

AI and model training

  • We do not train our own models on customer prompts, uploads, outputs, or project metadata.
  • Third-party AI providers are not permitted to train on customer content submitted through the service.
  • Customer content is not reviewed for benchmarking or model improvement.

Security controls

  • Encryption in transit and at rest.
  • Least-privilege access controls and multi-factor authentication for administrative accounts.
  • Audit logging, production monitoring, and provider diligence for core infrastructure and payment vendors.

Retention and deletion

  • Active account content is retained while the account remains active; projects can be deleted at any time.
  • Closed accounts are deleted within 30 days, subject to limited legal, tax, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations.
  • Backups are rotated and purged on a 90-day cycle. Billing, audit, and security records may be kept longer where required by law.

  • Affected customers are notified without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of confirmed discovery.
  • Initial notices describe the nature and scope of the incident and the categories of data affected.
  • Notices include mitigation steps taken or underway and recommended customer actions.
