Manual connector steps
  1. Open ChatGPT Settings → Apps & Connectors (enable Developer mode if needed).
  2. Create a connector named PatentFig AI.
  3. Set the MCP URL to https://patentfig.ai/api/mcp and complete OAuth sign-in.
  4. Enable the connector in a new chat, then verify tools appear.

MCP tools and credits

Five tools mirror POST /api/v1/figures, convert, enhance, vectorize, and GET credits. Typical runs take 20–60 seconds; vectorization can take 1–4 minutes (up to 270s server wait). Timeout errors do not charge credits.
